eCom Learning Solutions has secured a new long-term contract with the British Council to deliver digital learning and assessment tools supporting global English language programmes.

The contract builds on eCom’s work powering large-scale external training through its eNetEnterprise platform, enabling access to MOOCs, SPOCs, and communities of practice. These digital formats are improving teaching quality, expanding reach, and supporting inclusive, affordable English learning worldwide. The initiative has earned industry awards for its measurable impact and innovation.

eCom will also continue to support work on the British Council’s UK agent and counsellor training and engagement hub, which hosts information and training for education agents and counsellors globally. The hub is designed to provide those advising UK-bound international students with in-depth knowledge and awareness of the UK as a study destination and the UK’s Agent Quality Framework.

This new contract deepens a trusted partnership focused on transforming education access and delivery at global scale.
