The new tools will let you create sessions in minutes. Whether it’s a team workshop, a themed learning session or a training event for external audiences, you’ll be able to design, schedule and publish everything from one clear, streamlined interface.

For recurring sessions, scheduling ahead will be faster too, giving learners a clearer view of what’s coming and helping you stay organised without extra effort.

You’ll also be able to manage capacity limits, password protection and paid sessions directly from the platform, with registration numbers updating as they happen.

A training admin who previewed the new flow told us:

“We’ve only seen the early version, and it already looks like it will cut our admin time dramatically. This is exactly what we’ve been waiting for.”

A smoother experience for your learners

Your learners will feel the difference immediately. All the information they need will sit inside the event in one tidy place. Joining instructions, pre reading, files and preparation notes, everything exactly where they expect them.

Joining online sessions will become instant. With direct access inside eNetLearn, learners won’t need to scroll through inboxes or hunt through old calendar invites. It's clean, clear and quick.

When the session is in person, venue details and a built in map will help them arrive relaxed and ready to learn.

Tracking and reporting made simple

Attendance tracking is set for a major upgrade too. Once the session ends, eNetLearn will record attendance automatically and store it against each learner’s profile. This will give you reliable reporting in seconds, without the need to reconcile sign in sheets or maintain separate records.

Fully accessible for everyone

The whole event experience is fully accessible for both admins and learners - an industry first. With accessibility foundations created alongside the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), this update takes the platform to a whole new level, delivering clearer navigation, stronger mobile performance and a smoother, more effortless journey for everyone.
