eCom unveils next-generation digital learning experience with major eNetLearn upgrade

New interface delivers accessibility and usability improvements for organisations training external learners across the UK and beyond

Organisations across a diverse range of sectors - including charities, professional bodies, healthcare providers, public services, and manufacturers - will soon benefit from a significantly enhanced digital learning experience, as we launch our latest upgrade to our learning management system, eNetLearn.

The refreshed eNetLearn brings a modern, accessible interface designed to help organisations deliver training to external audiences with even greater ease. These latest usability improvements build on eNetLearn’s strong foundations in accessibility and inclusive design, originally shaped with input from the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).

eNetlearn Update 2.0 - The User Interface

Posted 29 September 2025

Driving accessibility and inclusivity across sectors

The new eNetLearn interface fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, enabling organisations to confidently provide inclusive learning to every participant - whether they are staff, volunteers, partners, or external clients. With improved support for visual, mobility, hearing, and cognitive disabilities, as well as seamless mobile access, eNetLearn ensures everyone can take part in digital learning on their own terms.

Wendy Edie, CEO of eCom Learning Solutions, said:
“We work with organisations who are training people from all walks of life - across healthcare, third sector, manufacturing, public services, and more. This update is about making digital learning genuinely accessible and easy to use for everyone, no matter their role or background.”

Simpler journeys, smarter tools

The upgrade introduces a streamlined dashboard and workspace, bringing together courses, progress tracking, and resources into one easy-to-navigate area. Administrators also benefit from a clearer, more consistent interface and enhanced management tools, making it simpler to support large-scale training events and blended learning journeys.

Additional updates include better mobile responsiveness, improved navigation, and flexible event management features, making eNetLearn a practical choice for organisations delivering a mix of online and in-person training - whether to internal teams or external learners worldwide.

Tailored for the real needs of external training providers

With demand for external training rising, the improvements to eNetLearn make it easier for organisations to reach and engage wider audiences, scale their training programmes, and track impact - all while reducing the administrative burden.

Edie added: “Our clients tell us that user experience matters - especially when delivering learning to partners, members, or clients beyond their own staff. We’ve designed this update to make digital training more intuitive for everyone, so organisations can focus on their mission, not their technology.”
