30 Years of Making Learning Accessible to All
Over the past 30 years, accessibility has never been an afterthought at eCom Learning Solutions – it's been a guiding principle. Our long-standing partnership with RNIB is built on a simple belief.

When RNIB set out to provide cost-effective digital learning for employment advisers, job seekers with sight loss and employers, they partnered with eCom to help bring that vision to life. Together, we created learning experiences that are engaging, flexible and designed with accessibility at their heart.

By working closely with RNIB, subject matter experts and accessibility specialists, we developed bespoke eLearning that meets WCAG standards and reflects accessibility best practice throughout.

The impact has been far-reaching. Employment advisers from hundreds of organisations have been able to access high-quality training whenever and wherever it suits them, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to better support people with sight loss into employment. Building on this success, we continue to work with RNIB on new learning for employers, helping organisations create more inclusive workplaces through accessible digital learning.
